We assist:
- Early childhood services with less than 25 children attending.
- Kindergartens and preschools with less than 25 children attending.
- Remote location early childhood services, kindergarten and preschools – no limit to the number of children attending.
- Any service with a team who would benefit from a knowledgeable and experienced ECT. We don’t just help meet regulations- we can also provide ongoing assistance with programming, mentoring and inspiration to improve your team’s skills and safe you time!
On Call ECT covers all aspects of Regulation 130 (Requirement for early childhood teacher – centre based services – fewer than 25 approved places) And Regulation 239A (Centre-based services in remote and very remote areas – attendance of early childhood teachers)
How we can help
Many small child care services fail to meet the requirement for ECTs due to industry shortage of qualified ECTs, and are therefore forced to apply for a waiver. This is how we can help:
- Establish a collaborative relationship with clients
- Support the educators and team with the implementation of the approved learning frameworks
- Support children’s wellbeing, learning and development
- Ensure attention to developing the educational program and assist the services to build relationships with children and families
- Assist the staff in meeting the elements of the National Quality Standards.
We cover the required 20% or 40% ‘access’ to an ECT
An On Call ECT weekly consultation will cover the required 20% or 40% of operational time for your childhood service.

Many educators find developing planning cycles to be most challenging.
We are focused on ensuring our customers are comfortable with collecting meaningful documentation and understanding the full planning cycle process.
